Massage
Therapy School Program
Lexington
Healing Arts Academy of Lexington, Kentucky provides a 650
hour Program consisting of 542 classroom hours and 108
hours in our Student Intern Clinic. The 108 hours in
the internship allows for each student to practice and refine
their massage therapy skills and techniques
in a supported and supervised environment.
LHAA strives for
integration of western medicine and eastern methods of healing
and provides a strong base in anatomy, physiology and pathology.
This foundation allows graduates from our massage therapy
school to network with other health care practitioners with
confidence.
Our Faculty consists
of a large group of caring Bodywork Professionals who encourage
and support not only academic learning, but also self-awareness
and personal growth for our students.
Upon completion of this program, students are prepared
to sit for the National Certification Exam. Once National
Certification
is achieved, graduates are eligible for Licensure in
the state
of Kentucky and throughout the country.
