Lexington Healing Arts Academy has been licensed by the Kentucky Board of Proprietary Education since 1999 and has been accredited by the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES) since 2006. We have been providing quality, focused education ever since!

Lexington Healing Arts Academy does not discriminate on the basis of sex in its education programs or activities, including admission and employment, and is required by Title IX and its implementing regulations not to discriminate in such a manner. Inquiries about the application of Title IX may be referred to the Academy’s Title IX Coordinator, to the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights of the Department of Education, or both.

Title IX Personnel Training Materials
In response to 34 C.F.R. § 106.45(b)(10), the Academy makes publicly available all materials used to train Title IX Coordinators, investigators, decision-makers, and any person who facilitates an informal resolution process. These materials are available for public review to promote impartial investigations and adjudications.
