The 5 Fundamentals: Health Habits that Matter Most
This small group class covers the 5 fundamentals of daily wellness (sleep, nutrition, hydration, movement, and stress management). Participants will take a deeper look at each fundamental and how their impact on daily life affects long term health. This six-week course provides participants with an opportunity to implement small, effective, personal changes that will encourage continued habit growth and improved wellness.
Instructor: Denile Hill
Denile Hill holds a BA in psychology and a BS in Exercise science. She is a board certified health and wellness coach, nutritionist, and personal trainer with more than 25 years of experience. Her personal journey and work experience have driven her passion to help people move away from the influence of the diet, beauty, and fitness industries to prioritize their health above all else. Denile has experience with many populations including women, families, youth, seniors, and athletes. Additional credentials include PMBIA certified mountain bike instructor, ACA certified paddling instructor, and the League Co-Director for the Kentucky Interscholastic Cycling League. She is also a mom, a wife, a daughter, a sister, and a grateful kidney transplant recipient.
