Introduction to the Enneagram
Discovering how to connect
In this class you will discover your Enneagram type and learn detailed information about your type, as well as each of the other types.
What is Enneagram? The Enneagram is a powerful system used for self-awareness and transformation. This system represents nine different personality types, each characterized by a set of dominant behaviors, motivations, and fears.
The Enneagram goes beyond descriptions of personality to provide a dynamic, compassionate, and comprehensive guide for how we show up in our lives and interact with others. Recognizing our habitual patterns will allow us to identify blindspots in the ways we think, feel, and behave. It will also allow us to connect better with others and to foster greater understanding for individuals in our personal and professional lives.
Instructor: Emma Scott
About Emma Scott
Emma is a certified Enneagram coach and the owner of The Enneagram Connection. She coaches individuals and conduct workshops for groups and teams. She lives in Danville with my husband, 2 kids, and 2 cats.
As a naturally curious person, one of her favorite aspects of the Enneagram is the “light bulb moments”. She’s had many lightbulb moments over the past 6 years. These have allowed her to wake up to thoughts and patterns that were holding her back, allowed her to see herself as more than who she thought she was, and allowed her to take steps toward both healing and growth.
Emma loves to walk alongside individuals and groups and guide them toward their own “light bulb moments”. The journey of self-discovery and transformation isn’t always easy, but it’s always worth it.
Connecting with ourselves and with others in a truer, deeper way is powerful, healing, and transformative.
Together we will gain insight and compassion for ourselves and for the people in our lives.
