ETHICAL PRACTICE MANAGEMENT. THERAPIST SELF CARE: HOW IT CAN MAKE OR BREAK YOUR PRACTICE

To best serve our clients, we are always striving to do the the least harm and most good. Our success is based on this. Do we apply the same principles to our own self-care? Do we eat well, exercise, self-treat and generally try to enhance our lives so that we can help ensure our longevity in our chosen field? We promote these principles to our clients, why not to ourselves?

We’ll explore self-help techniques and concepts and how to better incorporate them info our daily lives so that we can assist our clients doing the same. I look forward to you joining me in this informative, interactive class.
