Join us for our monthly Fitness Center Seminar which this month focuses on the topic of How to Exercise. Our trainers have prepared a seminar that details how and why to exercise at the LHAA Fitness Center.
Topics covered during this educational and interactive seminar will include:
- Use of exercise to prevent disease and injury
- Overcoming barriers to exercise
- Workout recommendations
- An introduction to the proper form and technique for specific exercises
